 Who needs a gym, Countrydave stays fit while sailing as all repairs have to be fixed as you go. This was done in Lowestoft Harbour, later that night a show in the Victoria Hotel

 Countrydave is in the south east on drydock getting all the boat maintenance done for the spring. It has been a particularly bleak winter and the painting is taking some time.
